At Phat Fish, we pride ourselves on being able to captivating and well executed menu available all day. We use the freshest produce Tasmania has to offer where possible, and source only the highest quality of products from outside of our beautiful state when required. Chef Henry takes great pride in his kitchen and in ensuring sustainable items are used. Our crew will be happily looking after you and serving you some of the best craft beer, boutique spirits and local wines for your enjoyment either in our contemporary bar or in our outdoor dining area on the iconic Salamanca Place on the Hobart waterfront.
We are able to offer a great variety of small plates and main meals alike including southern Tasmania’s Barilla Bay oysters and crab cakes with spicy napoli sauce to oyster po’boy sandwiches and fresh fish and scallops. While seafood is our forte, we also have a great steak and classic cheeseburger on the menu with the beef being sourced from Southern Pinnacle.
